Hi everyone! I’m really excited to be bringing you this traditional layout today! I had a picture of my friend’s daughter playing that I wanted to scrap, and I thought the Wild Whimsy collection would be perfect for the imagination and magic in children’s play. I used a paper from the Classic Woodgrains collection as a border around my layout. I loved the aqua blue color and how the grains of the wood almost look like water. I layered a few papers from the Wild Whimsy collection behind my photo and used my tiny attacher to add a couple of scraps as flags in the top corner. I then fussy cut a couple of the mermaids and the “don’t hide your magic” sentiment. I loved the shell pattern on one of the branding strips so I added it to part of the bottom of the layout as an additional border. Finally I added some sequins, thickers, and paint from my stash to complete the page!
