Is the product physical or digital?

At this time, our products are physical. We do have one free cut file available right now. If we do add more digital products in the future, it will be clearly marked.

Where is the product made?

Our Wild Whisper paper products are designed and printed in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The origins of other products that we carry can be found on their individual websites, but we are making every effort to source things as locally as possible.

When will my product be shipped?

We will get your order in the mail within 5 business days of when it was placed and paid for. In the case of extenuating circumstances, we will notify you ASAP.

What will shipping costs be?

Shipping costs are based on your location and the weight of your order. A preview will be available in checkout and will adjust according to what is in your cart.

Is local pickup available? 

Local pickup is available in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. There are 2 pick up locations available - one in the NW and the other in the SW. The NW pick-up is at 7-11 on Centre Street and McKnight at 5:00pm Monday - Friday. The SW Pick-up is in Bridlewood evenings after 6:00pm and weekends. On the Shipping Method page, there will be a free local pick up option that you may select. When we have your order filled, we will contact you to arrange pickup at one of the 2 pick up locations. 

Does Wild Whisper ship internationally (beyond Canada)?

Yes, but the customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are charged once a shipment reaches your country and must be paid by the recipient. Wild Whisper has no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and can change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates. 

What if I forgot to add something to my order?

If you would like to add additional items to an order that you have already placed and paid for, please place a separate order. If your initial order has not already shipped, we will bundle them together and refund you any of the difference in shipping charges. If the first order has already been packaged or shipped, we will not be able to bundle them.

What forms of payment does Wild Whisper accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Debit cards associated with any of the listed companies. Your billing preferences can be changed by accessing your account information.

What is the return policy?

Detailed images and descriptions are shown for each product. Please review these carefully before making a purchase as it takes time to package and ship each order. We have a 30 day return policy. If you are unhappy with the product you have received, you may return it undamaged and unopened and we will refund the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. If the return is due to our error, or a product defect, we will not charge the restocking fee and will refund the shipping costs too.
