Explore Travelers Notebook Spread by Karla
Hello friends! Karla back today with travelers notebook spread to share! I found this in my um, pile, of notebooks that may or may not be waiting to be finished... It was from the TN class that Heather & Suzy from Wild Whisper put on in 2018 and we met up in Fish Creek Park to take pretty photos, walk around and see nature and then sit down and document or just make pretty pages! I found these two pictures that hadn't been put in the notebook yet and decided to use some of the fun supplies from the...
Floral Valentine Card by Karla
Hello friends! Karla back today with a pretty Valentine card using lots of fun products from the Wild Whisper Store! I started out with Nicole Wright's Birch Bark Stamp and Pam Bray's Carefree Paper Pack - both fabulous new products in the shop!! Pam's lovely red paper was the perfect cardbase for this card and the pretty scalloped edges give it a special touch! I used Nicole's gorgeous wood stamp on some textured light brown cardstock that I diecut into a circle. I cut a heart out of the middle to make it look like a tree that had been carved! You know I...
Merry, Very Merry Memories by Karla
Hello friends! Karla back with a festive layout to share with you today! I'm not actually using Christmas supplies, so I hope this will give you more ideas on how to stretch your stash! I started off with the Nicole Wright Tinbit Travels Paper Pack - I love the trees on this 12x12 paper - and I decided to foil them because - yup! foils actually work with a laminator and these papers!! Then I layered on a mixed media looking page which has lots of reds and greens - obviously perfect for this Christmas page and used the November SCT365 Layout...
Traveler's Notebook Spread With Sara
Hello Everyone! Sara with you today featuring a traveler's notebook spread. I used Nicole Wright's amazing patterns to document how my son rediscovered his love of drawing during our time at home during the pandemic. I used the Fanciful Florals set of paper primarily. I fussy cut some of the gorgeous floral doodles to give my spread that hand drawn, artistic feel I wanted. The red watercolor background let everything pop perfectly. Quite often when I scrapbook a page, I tend to keep the journaling to a minimum but in a TN, I journal all.the.things. I just feel like that...
Christmas In July Mixup!
Hey friends! Karla back today with a fun and festive layout using lots of awesome Wild Whisper products - that are actually not Christmas themed!! Look closely and you'll see papers from Sensations & Fanciful Florals along with elements of the Adventure Collection and more! Ever since I saw the Pam Bray Sensations Collection I thought the paper with the green background and red flowers look Christmasy to me! And of course I always think you have to do a bit of Christmas In July!! I decided to scrap this precious photo of my now 13 year old when she was almost 4 having a visit...
