Hello Creative Friends! Today on the blog I am sharing a travel photo card using the Wild Whisper Designs Road Trip Collection. I love adding photos to my projects, but do not always think to use my photos on cards. This is a great way to combine your photos, paper, and ephemera to give the card a more mixed media feel. It is also a great way to personalize your cards by using your own photos or use photos that are meaningful to the person that you are giving the card to. When creating this card, I originally had Father’s...

Hey Wild Whisper Fans, Katelyn here! For today's post, I created this Dad Card. To create my card, I've used the Nature's Bliss Collection by Pam Bray Designs, the Brush Script Stamp Set and the Card Pack out of the Where to Next? Collection. You'll want to grab a cup of your favourite beverage and learn how to recreate my card at home. Out of the Nature's Bliss Paper Pack, you'll need to choose three patterned papers. Cut one of the patterned papers to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Cut the second piece of patterned paper to 4" x 5 1/4". Cut the third piece of...

Hello Wild Whisper Fans! This week on the blog I am sharing an easy tag project using the Play in the Dirt Collection. I love this collection, especially the beautiful vibrant colors and the playful quotes. This quote from the Play in the Dirt ephemera pack really spoke to me this week. “Nature does not hurry and yet everything is accomplished.” To create this project, start by cutting the lime green paper down to the size of the tag (3 1/8” by 6 ¼”) and adhering it to the tag. Trim the corners and re-punch the hole at the top...

Out of the Play in The Dirt 12x12 Paper Pack, you'll need the flower paper. Cut a piece that measures 5" x 4 1/2". Round all four corners. Ink the edges of the paper using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending...

12x12 Layout, 6 Feet Apart, Design Team, Khristina Sorge, Where to Next, Wild Whisper -

Hey Friends!    Today, I am playing with sort of an unexpected combination of supplies to create a layout that I just love. When I create, brown supplies tend to be a struggle for me. For some reason, they just give me trouble so I challenged myself to use this gorgeous brown leather paper from the Where to Next? Collection.  In my hometown, we were able to tour this retried Coast Guard ship and it was such a fun little adventure. We took my nephew to explore with us which certainly increased the fun! The colors were perfect for this...
