I was so excited to get all my new goodies and start creating :D The first thing I knew I wanted to play with is the new license plate 6x8 stamp set from the Road Trip collection. Hello, Jenn here! Happy Canada Day :) For today's layout I knew I had to do a throwback to the awesome Strong and Free collection to celebrate our nations birthday. This layout is also part of a Grab 5 challenge that I was participating in so I also had to use stamping, doilies, washi, ephemera, and enamel dots!!! I started by picking some papers from the Strong and Free collection. Hello Hello! I have one more project to share with you today using the City Lights Collection! In the paper pack is a gorgeous skyline paper with a large tower on it...Im not sure what tower it is but the purples, pinks, amd mohogany tones of the paper were soo inspiring and I wanted to base my whole layout around that one sheet of paper...so I did! I covered up the tower with the brick patterned paper, leaving me with allthese gorgeous colors to work with! A pop of white in the title and the addition of some embossing paste...

Hi everyone, I'm here today with a two page layout that I did using Creative Scrapbooker's June Sketchy Challenge. The word pages were cut 9x12, the green photo mats were 4.5x4.5, the blue mats were 4x4, and the photos are 3.5x3.5. I used word strips at the top and bottom of the word pages, and the title was cut out on my cricut. In 2015 the Calgary Zoo hosted the Illuminasia Lantern & Garden Festival that featured 366 handmade Chinese lanterns. Hi everyone! It's great to be back with a new project for Wild Whisper this month AND a new paper collection "City Lights"! This week's creation was inspired by all the flowers and beautiful gardens that I am seeing everywhere. I chose to use a photo of my front yard for the layout.
