Hey Wild Whisper Fans, Katelyn here! For today's post, I've created this Play In the Sun Wall Hanging, perfect to add to any area of your home. To create my wall hanging, I've used the new Carefree Collection as well as stamps from the Live in the Moment 4x6 Stamp Set
by Pam Bray Designs. Grab a cup of your favourite beverage and learn how to recreate my wall hanging at home.
To start, you'll need a glassine bag or a kraft bag. Score 1/8" below the opening of the bag. Fold the flap over.
From the Carefree 12x12 Paper Pack, you'll need the cut apart paper. Cut out the cut apart with the paisley on it. Cut the piece down to 3" x 3 1/2". Flip the paper over and distress the edges. Ink the edges of the paper using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the Carefree 12x12 Paper Pack, you'll need the red floral paper. Flip the paper over and cut a piece from the turquoise side that measures 3" x 4". Die cut a 2 1/4" Stitched Circle out of the turquoise side of the paper and circle. From the Live in the Moment 4x6 Stamp Set, you'll need the Play in the Sun quote. Apply Jet Black Archival Ink to the stamp and stamp in the middle of the circle. Distress the edges of the paper. Flip the paper over and fussy cut two orange flowers, one red single flower and one two bunch flower. Ink the edges of the fussy cut images, the paper and the circle using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the Carefree 12x12 Paper Pack, you'll need the diamond paper. Cut a piece that measures 3 1/4" x 4 1/4". Distress the edges of the paper. Flip the paper over and fussy cut two single orange flowers. Ink the edges of the fussy cut flowers and the paper using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Foam square the circle 1 3/4" from the left and 1 5/8" from the top of the bag. Use adhesive and foam squares to adhere the two single orange flowers with leaves in the top right side of the circle as desired. Adhere one of the orange leaves in between the two single orange flowers.
