Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days from the time they are placed. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods:
We offer multiple shipping methods which are displayed during checkout. Depending on your location, the shipping time will vary. Please review prior to selection.
3. Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Customers can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing their order.
4. Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within Canada, $100 within the USA, and flat rate shipping of $15 on orders over $100 outside of North America.
5. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you are within Canada, there will be tracking on your order regardless of the shipping tier you choose. For orders outside of Canada, the cheapest shipping option does not offer tracking. Please take this into consideration when selecting the shipping method. If you select an option with tracking, when you receive your shipping confirmation email, it will contain your tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your package.
6. International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.
7. Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
8. Order Delays:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays, delivery times may be extended. We will do our best to keep you informed about any such delays.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
10. Returns Due to Non-Delivery:
If a package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, a re-shipping fee may apply. If the customer requests a refund instead, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
11. Change of Shipping Address:
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has not yet shipped, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
