I Do. I Do. Wedding Card by Katelyn G

Hey Wild Whisper Fans! Katelyn here and I’m excited to be back on the blog sharing with you a project featuring the Forever & Always Collection. For my project today, I've used a variety of the papers from the collection as well as the coordinating Card Pack to create my I Do. I Do. Wedding Card. You'll want to make sure to grab a glass of your favourite spring beverage as I will walk you through how to recreate my I Do. I Do. Wedding Card at home.

To start, take out the Grey Floral patterned paper from the Forever & Always Collection pack. You'll need to cut two pieces out of the patterned paper. The first piece measures 4" x 5 1/4" and the second piece measures 3 3/4" x 5". You'll use the backside of the second piece. Ink the edges of both pieces using Vintage Photo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

From the Tan Floral paper, cut a piece that measures 3 1/2" x 4 3/4". Ink the edges of the paper using Vintage Photo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

From the Elements paper, fussy cut the small white heart and succulent. Ink the edges of the images using Vintage Photo Distress Ink using a blending tool with foam.

From the Labels patterned paper, fussy cut two labels out. Ink the edges of the labels using Vintage Photo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

From the Floral patterned paper, fussy cut one large flower and five small flowers. Ink the edges of the flowers using Vintage Photo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Choose two of the tear strips from the bottom of the patterned papers. Use a paper trimmer to cut the tear strip off. For the first tear strip, cut the strip down to 4". Cut the other tear strip down to 3 3/4". Ink the edges of the tear strips using Vintage Photo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

From the Forever & Always Card Pack, take out the floral card and the I Do. card. Trim the I Do. card to 2 7/8" x 3 7/8". Ink the edges of both cards using Vintage Photo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Take out one doily from the package.

Now it's time for assembly. Adhere the coral patterned paper to the grey floral patterned paper. Adhere the tan floral patterned paper to the coral patterned paper.

Adhere the doily in the center of the tan floral patterned paper. Adhere the 4" border strip 1 1/4" from the bottom of the grey floral patterned paper. Adhere the 3 3/4" border strip 1" from the bottom of the grey floral patterned paper.

Adhere the I Do. card to the floral patterned card. Adhere one of the labels 1/2" from the top of the floral patterned card. Adhere the other label 1/4" from the bottom of the floral patterned card. Foam square the floral patterned card to the center of the doily.

In the top left hand corner of the I Do. card, adhere the large flower and three of the smaller flowers.

In the bottom right hand corner of the I Do. card, adhere the succulent, the white heart and the other two flowers.

To finish your card, cut a cardbase from Superstock that measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", score at 4 1/4". Adhere the cardfront to the cardbase.
