Hey Wild Whisper Fans, Katelyn here! For today's post, I created this Hi Card. To create my card, I've used the Brand New Chaos & Love Collection as well as the Ledger 6x8 Stamp Set by Nicole Wright Designs. You'll want to grab a cup of your favourite beverage and learn how to recreate my Hi Card at home.
To start, you'll need to cut a piece of white cardstock to 4" x 5 1/4". Place the Chaos & Love - Modern Blob 6x9 Stencil on the cardstock piece. Using a blending tool with foam, blend Tea Dye Distress Ink through the stencil as desired. Remove the stencil. Distress the edges of the cardstock piece. Ink the edges of the cardstock piece using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool.
From the Chaos & Love Card Pack, you'll need the heart card, the multi flower card, the multi modern blob card and one of the single modern blob card. Cut the heart card down to 1" x 4". Cut the modern blob card to 1 1/2" x 4". Cut the multi flower card down to 3/4" x 3 1/4". Fussy cut the single modern blob shape out. Distress the edges of the three patterned papers. Ink the edges of the three patterned papers and organic shape using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Out of the Chaos & Love - Ephemera, you'll need three flowers and a modern blob. Fussy cut around the three flowers. Ink the edges of the flowers using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Next, you'll need the H & I letters from the Ledger 6x8 Stamp Set. Apply Black Ink to the letters and stamp onto a piece of white cardstock to form the word Hi. Cut the word into a strip. Ink the edges of the strip using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Adhere the multi flower patterned paper 1/2" from the right and 1/4" from the top of the heart patterned paper. Adhere the modern blob patterned paper 3/8" from the left of the stenciled white cardstock piece. Adhere the heart patterned paper 5/8" from the left of the stenciled white cardstock piece.
Foam square the large modern blob 3/4" from the left and 1/4" from the bottom of the stenciled white cardstock piece. Adhere the green modern blob 5/8" from the left and 1/8" from the bottom of the stenciled white cardstock piece.
Adhere the three flowers as desired around the modern blobs. Adhere the Hi word strip to the bottom portion of the modern blobs as desired.
Cut a piece of white cardstock that measures 4 1/4" x 11", score at 5 1/2". Adhere the cardfront to the cardbase.
To finish the card, splatter Distress Spray Stain - Tarnished Brass as desired on the cardfront.
