Hello Hello! Im so happy to be joining you today! I have my very first layout using the brand new Always And Forever collection! If Im perfectly honest, Ive had my collection since January and I have barely been able to contain my excitement! I literally have all my DT projects sketched out already! This collection is just packed full of my very favorite colors! Since this collection is slightly wedding themed, I thought my first project would be a wedding layout. I limited my color palette to just the grey and blue tones in the collection to match the photo. Due to technical difficulty, I sadly don't have a video today but get ready for lots of photos !!
I started with some Bazzil Marshmallow whit ardstok, trimmed it down to give me room to put the dark grey floral paper in as a border....and then I heat embossed and stamped my worries away! I created a vertical design with the stamps...not stamping or heat embossing images that I knew would be covered up by my photo and and other elements. ( I did this by getting a firm design idea in mind before I did any stamping. I used Ocean Waves ink from Altenew and Platinum embossing powder from them as well....and check out that sparkle! I always love the Wild Whisper stamps and making them a feature element on my layouts...they are so versitile and fun!
I used the stamps for both titling and my background. I cut up a number of the PL cards to use as layers and elements on my layout. Some sparkly Thickers and sequins from my stash completed the look perfectly!
