Moyo is Seriously Cool by Katelyn

Well hello, there crafty people! Despite the US plummeting into colder weather I have sunshine on my mind because of the Palm Paradise collection from Wild Whisper! I've been diving into memory keeping of some warmer times through this collection. Today I am sharing a bright and colorful layout featuring a great memory of a zebra.
I started off by picking a plain cardstock background and gutted the cactus patterned paper to get a small border around the outside of the layout. Next, I matted my adorable zebra photos on to the palm tree paper. The palm trees don't exactly fit the mood of the layout, but the black and white pattern helps pop against the bright background. I also layered the fruity patterned paper behind my photo mat to bring in some more fun colors. Now, fruit has absolutely nothing to do with my zebra and the story, but I wanted some more color!
After I was finished with the paper layers, I started to build out some clusters. Beneath my photos, I used a branding strip from Wild Whisper that says "palm paradise" to add another pop of orange. I then used some strips of bright colored washi tape and some stickers to build out the cluster with more color and texture.
One of my favorite things about this layout is the title! I got to use the gorgeous Wild Whisper alphabet stamp set (which will be released soon) combined with some letter stickers. I know that using the foam sticker that read "seriously" would be difficult for me. I decided that now was the time to use it and thanks to having this versatile stamps set, I was able to create a title around whatever words I'm having trouble with and this is what I came up with!
This layout came together rather quickly due to simple paper layers, a large title, and an easily embellishable color scheme. Some washi tape and some stickers from my stash helped build out this gorgeous color scheme. I finished off the layout by dripping some sequins in strategic places on the layout.
