Life was Meant....Card by Katelyn

Hey Wild Whisper Fans, Katelyn here! I'm thrilled to be back on the blog today sharing my Life was Meant... Card perfect to give to that special friend in your life who pushes you to go on adventures. To create my card, you'll need the Just Because Paper Pack and Flair as well as the Adventure Stamp Set. Grab a cup of your favourite Fall beverage and learn how to recreate my card at home.
To start, you'll need the grey patterned paper from the Just Because Paper Pack. Die cut a 4" Stitched Rectangle out of the paper. Distress the edges of the paper. Ink the edges of the paper using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the striped patterned paper, die cut a 3 1/2" stitched rectangle out of the paper. Distress the edges of the paper. Ink the edges of the paper using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the splatter patterned paper, die cut a 3" stitched rectangle out of the paper. In the top right corner of the rectangle, tear a bit down. In the bottom left corner of the rectangle, tear a bit down. Distress the edges of the rectangle. Ink the edges of the rectangle using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the abstract paper, cut a piece that measures 3 1/2" x 4 1/2". Flip the paper over and die cut a 3/4" Diagonal Stitched Fishtail out of the paper. Cut the fishtail down to 4". Apply Jet Black Archival Ink to the Life was meant stamp and stamp onto the right side of the fishtail. Distress the edges of both pieces. Ink the edges of both pieces using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the circle patterned paper, fussy cut three circles out. Distress the edges of the circles. Ink the edges of the circles using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Choose one of the flair from the Just Because Flair package.
Adhere the 3 1/2" stitched rectangle to the 4" stitched rectangle.
Foam square the graphic image to the 3 1/2" stitched rectangle. Adhere the 3" stitched rectangle to the middle of the 3 1/2" stitched rectangle.
Adhere the fishtail 1 1/4" from the bottom and slightly hanging over the right side of the card front of the 4" stitched rectangle. Use thin foam squares to adhere two of the circles around the fishtail. Foam square the other circle slightly overtop of the other two circles. Adhere the flair to the middle of the top circle.
Cut a cardbase out of white cardstock that measures 5 1/4" x 8", score at 4". Adhere the cardfront to the cardbase.
Here are a few closeup photos of the Life was meant Card.
