Oh my gosh....you guys...I have been obsessed with creating and fussy cutting all the things ahead of time lately and then keeping them on a little basket on my desk to use with projects. I have also been loving grid layouts lately so today, you get a look into both! A few of my crafty friends and I have been holding Zoom calls on Wednesday and Saturday nights and during that time, I have been stamping and fussy cutting. I had a bunch of left over 6x6 paper from the Pam Bray Watercolors project that I did a couple of weeks ago so I grabbed a flower stamp and created a whole bunch of floral embellishments.
I also grabbed some of my favorite papers from the City Lights collection and created some 3x4 cards that I could pair up with the fun quote card in orange. I added just a touch of stamping to my white cardstock with my absolute favorite Splotch Stamp. As well as some pink watercolor splatters.
After that, it was all about the little details. I added a few little cards from the cut apart sheet as well as some inking to my edges (yep...I even inked the edges of my photos--don't freak out--it looks really cool!). Lastly, I made sure to add a bunch of my stamped florals in clusters to finish off the grid.
This one came together super easily since I had used my time beforehand to create some of those embellishments and had them all ready to go! I encourage you to grab some of your scraps and create some stamped/fussy-cut embellishments when you have a few minutes of time. Then, they will be all ready to go when you have time to create!
