Wild Whisper and Xyron Collaboration - Be Honest, Be Nice, Be a Flower Wall Hanging by Katelyn

Hey Wild Whisper Fans, Katelyn here! I'm excited to be back on the blog today sharing with you my Be Honest, Be Nice, Be a Flower wall hanging which features the brand new Floral Collection, which is one of my new favourite collections. So with my fussy cutting scissors in hand, I fussy cut a variety of flowers from the patterned papers as well as cut some of the patterns down to create the base for my wall hanging. Grab a cup of your favourite spring time beverage and learn how to recreate my wall hanging at home.
To start, you'll need a bingo card or a piece of chipboard that measures 3 7/8" x 6 1/2". Ink the edges of the piece using Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the white branch paper, cut a piece that measures 3 7/8" x 6 1/2". Distress the edges of the paper. Ink the edges of the paper using Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the succulent paper, cut a piece that measures 3 5/8" x 6 1/4". At the top right side of the paper, tear a bit down. At the bottom left side of the paper, tear a bit up. Die cut a 3" Stitched Circle out of the same paper. Distress the edges of each piece. Ink the edges of each piece using Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Cut a 3 7/8" x 6 1/4" piece from the red/blue flower paper. Die cut a 2 3/4" Stitched Circle out of the same paper. Distress the edges of each piece. Ink the edges of each piece using Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Choose a border strip from one of the bottom of one of the floral papers. Cut the quote apart as desired. Ink the edges of the quote pieces using Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the coral/peach flower paper, fussy cut two large orange flowers, one large pink flower, two small coral flowers and two small peach flowers. Ink the edges of each flower using Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the red/blue flower paper, fussy cut one blue flower and two red flowers.  Ink the edges of each flower using Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the black and white flower paper, fussy cut two of the two bunch flowers out. Ink the edges of each flower using Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink and a blending tool with foam.
You'll also need one doily.
Adhere the 3 5/8" patterned paper piece with the tears to the other 3 5/8" patterned paper piece. Adhere the 3 5/8" patterned paper piece to the 3 7/8" patterned paper piece.
Run the 2 3/4" and 3" stitched circles through the 3" Xyron Sticker maker. Adhere one of the black/white flower bunches to the bottom right side of the 2 3/4" circle. Adhere the other black/white flower bunch to the top left side of the 2 3/4" circle. Adhere the 2 3/4" circle to the 3" circle. Adhere the 3" circle to the doily. Adhere the doily to the middle of the 3 5/8" patterned paper.
In the bottom right side of the black/white flower bunch, use the 3" Xyron sticker maker to adhere a large orange flower, one small orange flower and one small coral flower.
In the top left side of the black/white flower bunch, use the 3" Xyron sticker maker to adhere a large pink flower, one small orange flower, one small coral flower, one blue flower and one red flower.
In the bottom left side of the red/blue flower circle, use the 3" Xyron sticker maker to adhere a large orange flower and one small red flower. Use the 3" Xyron sticker maker to adhere the last red flower in amongst the flowers on the right side of the black/white flower bunch in the bottom right corner.
Use the 3" Xyron Sticker Maker to adhere the quote to the middle of the red/blue flower circle. To finish off your wall hanging, add some twine to the top of the chipboard.
Here are a few closeup photos of the finished Wall Hanging.
