Hello crafty friends! Tracy here and today I have a colourful, fun and messy layout to share. This layout features lots of leftover barcode strips and bits and pieces from the Media Assemblage Collection. Here are all of the details.
I started by creating the most simple background using white and black cardstock. Then using black acrylic paint I splattered all around the middle of the layout using a bristled paint brush. Let dry completely.
While that dried I went through my media assemblage left over bits and pieces of this VERY well used collection. I gathered all of those colourful barcode strips and some of that almost marbly looking pattern. I added small pieces of these all across the layout with the marbly pieces right in the middle. Some are spaced, some overlap each other. Lastly I added that narrow strip of that rainbow of colour pattern across all of the pieces.
I double matted the photos using white and black cardstock and added them to the middle of the layout using foam squares.
Stamp the Fanciful Blooms sentiment in the corner of the layout using black ink. Then stamp a number of leaves, small and large flowers, again using black ink. Fussy cut them all out and start added them around the matted flowers. I added a small flower to the bottom right hand corner next to the title. Add black gems to the middles of the flowers.
