Happy Birthday Card by Katelyn

Hey Wild Whisper Fans, Katelyn here! For today's post, I created this Happy Birthday Card. To create my card, I've used the Crazy Motivated Collection, Child at Heart - Double Card Pack, Ledger & Script 6x6 Stamp Set by Nicole Wright Designs and sequins from the Sweet Little One Collection. You'll want to grab a cup of your favourite beverage and learn how to recreate my Happy Birthday Card at home.
Out of the Crazy Motivated Paper Pack, you'll need the cloud paper and the starburst paper. Cut the starburst paper to 4" x 5 1/4". Cut the cloud paper to 3 1/2" x 4 3/4". Sand the edges of both papers.
Next, you'll need the bike paper. Cut the bike paper to 3 3/4" x 5". Flip the paper over and cut a piece that measures 5/8" x 2 3/4". Sand the edges of the papers.
Cut the grey circle out of the circle paper. Sand the edges of the circle.
Choose two border strips from the bottom of the patterned papers. Cut one border strip to 4 1/2". Cut the other border strip to 4 1/4". Sand the edges of both border strips.
Out of the Child at Heart Card Pack, fussy cut the rainbow and two arrows out of the cards. Cut a piece from the grey x card that measures 1 1/4" x 2 1/2". Sand the edges of the grey x paper and rainbow.
From the Ledger & Script 6x6 Stamp Set, you'll need the letters to spell out Happy Birthday. Using Clementine Pinkfresh Studio Ink, ink each stamp and stamp onto a piece of white cardstock to spell out the words. Cut each word into a word strip.
Adhere the bike paper to the starburst paper. Adhere the cloud paper to the bike paper.
Adhere the grey x card, 1 3/8" from the right and 7/8" from the top of the cloud paper. Staple the 4 1/2" border strip 3/8" from the left and 1/4" from the top of the cloud paper. Staple the 4 1/4" border strip 5/8" from the left and 3/8" from the top of the cloud paper.
Foam square the circle 1 1/8" from the right and 3/8" from the bottom of the cloud paper. Use adhesive and foam squares to adhere the rainbow 1/4" from the right and 3/4" from the bottom of the cloud paper.
Adhere the two arrows to the bottom of the rainbow as desired. Adhere the Happy Birthday word strips on the circle and rainbow as desired. Out of the Sweet Little One Sequins, choose five sequins. Adhere around the circle and rainbow as desired.
To finish the card, cut a cardbase out of white cardstock that measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Adhere the cardfront to the cardbase.
Here are a few closeup photos of the finished card.
