We hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend and got to enjoy some nice weather, from wherever you may be! Today we have Felicia Young sharing a fun layout that is titled "Fantastic Journey". Make sure you check out her process video below too.
A note from Felicia: "This layout is about my grand children and youngest daughter and their trip to the neighborhood park for the first time, which has a beautiful lake. I took some photos of them throughout the park, but I love this one once they calmed down and took a break for a bit. I have more photos to come from the park so stay tuned!"
We love the design of Felicia's layout. The pattern paper that was cut from the Strong & Free collection really adds a unique design aesthetic because of it's angle. It is a great idea to stamp the triangle border from the collection on the edge too!
Felicia also used some word stamps from the set as subtitles on her layout. They nestle in very nicely with her Thickers title.
Shhhhh, we have a little secret! This "journey" wood veneer doesn't release until August, but this is an exclusive sneak peek for all of you blog readers! We would love to hear your guesses about what August's collection concept might be. Felicia paired the wood veneer with the "fantastic" word from her stash to form a complete title.
